Electric drill processing operation tips:
1. When drilling, the drill bit and the stainless steel plate are perpendicular to 90°.
2. If the hole is larger than 6mm, use 3.2mm-4mm drill bit to drill small holes, and then ream the hole with a large drill bit.
3. The electric drill chuck must clamp the double-head drill, and the exposed part should be as short as possible. The cutting edge of the drill bit does not need to be too sharp.
4. The speed of electric drill should be between 800-1500rpm.
5. It is recommended to drill a hole ≤15 deep.
